I-behaviour, Experian and Abacus then analyse this pooled information to help us to understand consumers’ wider buying patterns. Using this information, we can tailor communications to send people suitable offers that should be of interest to them, based on what they like to buy.
4.3 In the US, we work with Ballard Direct to coordinate with third parties who manage marketing databases on behalf of retailers. These third parties include, Abacus, I-behaviour, path2response, Wiland and Oracle. We work with these third party marketing partners for commercial purposes to extend our business into the US market.
