Can I track my order once it has been placed?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email and order number once your order has been successfully placed.
Please be sure to check the email address you have entered is correct and if you have not received a confirmation email to check your Spam/Junk folder first.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift receipts. However, we are looking to introduce this in the near future.

Please Note: When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they are placed. We may be able to cancel your existing order and ask you to place a new order.
Please note: once orders are placed, the order is immediately processed LIVE with our warehouse. If an order has commenced being processed, we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be necessary to send your existing order back to us following our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it and your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place. Customers have up to 15 minutes from placing their order to request a cancellation. After this time frame orders cannot be cancelled.
For pre-purchase items, you are able to cancel the order up to 24 hours before the dispatch date stated on the website.
We recommend you email enquiries@meandem.com in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation prior to it being dispatched. Once orders have been placed they cannot be put on hold or amended; single lines from orders cannot cancelled and additional items cannot be added. Only entire orders can be cancelled.
If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our Returns Policy. If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the returns process) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to cancelled orders.
The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt. The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please note: your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.
If something is missing from your order, in the first instance please check your Shipment Confirmation email and your ME+EM invoice to see if your order has been part-dispatched. The missing item may have been on pre-purchase and will be dispatched at a later date. This information will be visible in the Product Description online. If the missing item is not on pre-purchase please call Customer Care immediately who will investigate for you.

We hope you love your ME+EM purchase. However, if something’s not quite right you can return it for FREE within 28 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:+ All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.+ Returns of jewellery will need to be in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty (Sorry, it’s for hygiene reasons!).+ Footwear has been tried on indoors to ensure they remain clean and have still have the dust bag.+ Items are free from marks or stains (you know what we mean, things like foundation stains or deodorant marks).Please note the shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.

To allow us to refund you as quick as possible, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your free, printable USPS return label.
To start your return, head to our

Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. Try to cover any old address labels where possible. No printer? No problem, select USPS QR No Printer Required option and the hub will use the barcode to generate your label for you. Your label or QR code will also be emailed to you.
Fill out the dispatch note that was included with your order and package this up with your items.
Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your nearest
. (Don’t worry, by registering your return online things like customs requirements are taken care of, so you won’t need to pay any charges or fill out any further documentation).

From the 1st of June 2021 we no longer offer exchange orders. Please return your order for a refund and repurchase. If you need any assistance, please contact Customer Care.
It takes around 20 working days for your return to reach our warehouse from the date you posted your return using our free USPS returns label via Rebound. We will send you an email notification once your return has been actioned.
If for some reason you weren’t able to return within the 28 day return window, please contact customer care on 1-800-346-3108 or email enquiries@meandem.com who will be able to assist.
Please note we can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 6 months, or a refund to online credit for orders purchased within 6 - 12 months at the Company's discretion. We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewelry.
If you need to return an item that has developed a fault, please contact Customer Care to obtain a pre-authorized return code.
Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odors, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)
Please note: face masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
